### Q：一開始拿到設備後，我該如何登入到設備進行設定呢？

#### Peplink 設備都會有一個預設的登入IP，依產品系列不同會有不同的登入IP。

* Balance 系列：預設IP 192.168.1.1
* Max Router系列：預設IP 192.168.50.1
* 預設登入的帳號/密碼統一為：admin / admin

### Q：登入後，需要設定那些呢？還是說設備會有簡易設定方式呢？

登入後可以手動設定，也可選擇Setup Wizard功能，依照設定精靈方式進行設定。即可簡易且快速的設定連線。

### Q：Balance 支援光纖設備的有那些？

目前支援光纖的型號為：B2500-SFP / B2500-2SFP ，其中B2500-2SFP 支援雙10G SFP+ WAN Port。

### Q：WAN 斷線，需要重開機才能正常使用

1.請先確認是否可登入WebUI進行確認

2.如無法登入，請先拔除LAN 線路，確認是否是內網Loop 導致？

3.如LAN拔除後都無法使用，請再重開設備後，登入UI 並到Status => Diagnostic Report => Download 選項下載Diag.report 並提供給我們。

### Q：Peplink 有沒有支援SSL VPN 或PPTP VPN 之類的工具?

1.到Network => Remote User Access頁面 => 勾選Enable

2.選擇VPN Type: :L2TP with IPSec / PPTP / OpenVPN

* OpenVPN需搭配OpenVPN Client app使用
