# 全網管系列(M4250/M4300/M4500)

### - 全網管設備是否有WebUI 還是要透過Command Line才能管理？

M4250 / M4300 系列，有WebUI / CLI 兩種管理模式可以進行設定。可透過OOB Port 登入

M4500 則只有CLI (Console) 模式進行管理(OOB or Console 都是透過CLI 模式設定)

### - OOB Port 的預設IP

M4250 / M4300 / M4500 預設都有OOB (外部管理埠 Out-Of-Band)。預設IP 都是192.168.0.239 /24

### -預設管理帳號與密碼

全網管設備預設的管理帳號密碼為：admin / (沒有密碼)。

在韌體12.0.7.x 版本後，要求第一次登入需要變更密碼，因此出廠會變更為：<mark style="color:red;">『Netgear1234』</mark>
