### Q：Wifi使用無線可以Mesh，為何有線接上去後網路卻不通

先確認衛星與路由器韌體版本，最少需要到2.多版開頭才有支援有線Mesh，因此如果衛星還是在1.多的版本會導致線路接上去後，出現loop現象。

另，請確認衛星的版本是否有與路由器相同。

###  Q：使用訪客網路，發現過幾天沒辦法再度連線

確認進階>安裝>無線設定 (每個SSID的頻寬)確認是否有打勾，建議不要打勾

### Q：設定完動態DNS後，發現過一陣子無法使用Domain登入

先從當時申請Domain的地方確認目前網域申請的狀況，如果是用設備裡面的Netgear提供網域做申請，那麼可以到no ip網站做查詢確認網域狀況

### Q：FB wifi如何設定

1. 需要先啟用該功能=>套用後，才能正常設定
2. 設備必須要可以出外網，如果沒有辦法出外網是無法使用訪客網路設定

### Q：衛星時常斷線

#### 確認衛星與路由器擺放距離，兩台裝置距離不能放置太近，否則容易互相影響

### Q：衛星連線不穩定

1. 確認連接裝置數量，有可能連接數已超過承載數量
2. 檢查經過的交換器設備MAC Table大小

### Q：VLAN設定後，套用失敗

1. 先檢查進階 > 進階設定 > VLAN/橋接設定，確認 vlan id是否設定正確
2. 檢查進階 > 安裝 > 無線設定，底下的VLAN Profile是否有選擇到正確VLAN並且打勾
